Information you give us. When you fill out the quote form, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, property address, the surfaces you select, and anything you write in the notes field. If you send photos or additional details by email after submitting, we receive those too.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and security tools record limited technical data such as your IP address and browser type. We use this only to keep the site running and to limit abuse of the quote form (for example, rate limiting repeated submissions). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers on this site.

How we use your information

• To measure your property and prepare a written quote.
• To contact you about your request, schedule a visit, and perform the service you ask for.
• To keep records of quotes, jobs, and customer communication.
• To protect the website and prevent fraudulent or abusive use of the form.

Calls and text messages

When you give us your phone number, you agree that we may contact you by phone call and text message about your quote and service. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, or ask us to stop calling. Opting out of marketing contact does not stop messages that are necessary to complete a job you have requested.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed for them to do their work:

• Email delivery. Quote requests are delivered to our inbox through an email service provider.
• Website hosting and security. The site and its abuse-prevention tooling are run on third-party hosting and infrastructure providers.
• Customer records. We may store your information in the software we use to manage quotes, scheduling, and invoicing.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide the service you requested and to maintain reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email kyle@surfacewarriors.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This site is meant for adults seeking exterior cleaning services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our business changes. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
